After all that walking we headed back up the hill. We stopped for a minute at a couple of open houses. This one was cute, and I do mean small. Still, it was technically a two bedroom, with gorgeous hardwood floors, a fabulously equiped kitchen and a cute back yard. The listing price was $675,000. OMG. The other house was a two unit with a tiny basement apartment. I talked to both the realtors and they said that stuff goes FAST out here. They said they hold two open houses and set a deadline for offers. Crazy.
