My dad's cousin Earlene went to Luxembourg to research our family history. She met some Turpels over there and had a lovely time. She also brought back some lovely Riesling from the town where my Great-Grandma (Margaret Mary Schneiders Turpel) and Great-Grandpa (Mathias Turpel) were born. It was sweet and refreshing on a hot Fourth of July. Maybe we can get some Luxembourg Turpels over for the next reunion.
