garden photos, at long last

Just some quick shots here, of the tomatoes and some edamame sprouts. As you can see, the tomatoes are going strong. I was worried that they would falter a little bit because of the late start, but they are holding up just fine. My okra, however, is not. Of the eight plants I put in the ground, only four have survived, and they are not looking so hot. The Gypsy peppers are fine, the chard sprouts are growing really fast, and the carrots are coming up too. Now please note the edamame! Hurray for soy, beautiful soy beans!

okra's hard to grow. if yours doesn't turn out i'll bring you some of my grandma's. i'm going down there in july.

ps-when are we hitting up torrid?
